Template goes blank suddenly
Hello, I have an issue which also occurred with previous BE Theme installations for my clients but somehow it was fixed, I dont recall how.
Anyways, the issue is as follows:
Ive set a template for single portfolio item, but its either not saving properly or theres some other issue going on. The template appears blank and this is really causing issues now with me any my client as they have some urgent items they wanna display on the website but the data is not showing.
Please let me know how can I submit the ftp and wp access details securely with you to continue.

what was the issue in case I ever run into it again?
As I said in my previous message, there was a problem with the slug in the template preview.
There was nothing you could do by yourself as we had to correct theme files, and this fix will be also included in the upcoming update.
