I can't see or use sample themes

I downloaded Betheme for my existing site and installed it from the themes section, but I couldn't install the Danışman3 theme, a panel didn't appear.

    Sorry, but I do not know what demo you are talking about. Can you provide a screenshot showing which one you want to import, please?

    Before that, please go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meets theme requirements.
