1) Please edit your loop and under the style tab, set the Min height equal to the highest box:

2) There is no option to make your categories equal as they are made with Icon Box element which does not have such feature. Instead, you can manually adjust the paddings for mobile view to make them visually equal.

3) Open your header template, edit Menu Burger element, and under Style -> Menu tab, set Alignment to left:

1) For the shop element, you can set the Equal height option for Products List Standardization in Theme options -> Shop -> Products list:

2) As I mentioned earlier, Icon boxes do not have an option to be equal height. You can only control its sizes by modifying the padding, and currently it is the same for all:

3) I have corrected the menu alignment on mobile on your website.
