Therefore on this page https://galliuminvestment.com/wp/acknowledge/ the navigation bar should be remove.

You might be right about the cache, as it displays like this for me:
Did you purge the LS cache?
Also, did you try purging the browser cache you are testing with?
You might also have some cache on your server.
