Problems with BeBuilder (templates & on page updates)

Hello,

We're having a problem and hope you can help.

On our site (a staging site has been built for you) at http://threechord.bekea37.sg-host.com/

We're having trouble with BeBuilder for page edits and template creation/edits.

The WISIWYG editor is not displaying properly and changes not always presenting on front end.

We're also having similar troubles with templates.
