fonts loading from WRONG DOMAIN
Hello,
I've purchased and built probably hundreds of BeTheme websites. It's my favorite theme.
On a site I recently finished, we used UpdraftPlus to push the site from a local dev URL to a WPEngine hosting. After doing so, the site is still loading .WOFF files from the old dev URL!
On my dev server the NGINX HTTP logs show many of these:
[MY ip address] - - [12/May/2025:12:03:02 -0700] "GET /wp-content/uploads/elementor/google-fonts/fonts/poppins-pxibyp8kv8jhgfvrlej6z1xlfq.woff2 HTTP/1.1" 200 8000 "[WP ENGINE SITE URL]" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/136.0.0.0 Safari/537.36" "-"
So, the site is on WPEngine but pulling ONLY the Elementor WOFF files from my server.
I went into BeTheme Options and tried everything I see there (switching back and forth between loading Google Fonts from Google vs Local Cache, regenerating the Fonts under the Tools menu, nothing helped.
This is a serious matter because the dev site needs to go away now that the site is on WPEngine but if I were to take that dev site down, the fonts on the live site would fail to load.

Hi,
Please try to move your website again, but instead use the Duplicator plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/.
We used it many times and never had a problem with it.
Best regards
That is not an option for me at this time as the site is live and has diverged from the source.
How can I fix this directly at the destination?
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I can't do that, site is live on a hosting environment that I don't have authorization to grant access to others, and anything I do must be cleared by the owner. Please provide instructions on where I can look in the system to replace these references to the WOFFs loading from the old domain. I tried "Better Search Replace" plugin but it doesn't catch everything. I'm proficient in PHP, MySQL, Linux and hosting in general so with the proper instructions I can update the references myself. I just need to FIND THEM.
Unfortunately, without access we are not able to tell what exactly the root cause is, and how to solve it.
Best regards
