Different display on mobile devices

I have finished building the page with the BeBuilder. All views from mobile (photo 1) to desktop are displayed correctly. The customer wants to see the image at the top and the headline below.

However, this is displayed completely differently on the customer's cell phone, which leads to complaints.


The same problem also occurs when starting with the slider.

All views are displayed correctly on my screen again.

And for my customer it looks like this. You can only see a section of the image and no title.

I also don't know how to edit anything so that it looks reasonable on him. I hope you can help.

    Did your client try to purge the cache on phone?

    What device is she/he using?

  • My customer's cache is set to clear automatically on a regular basis. In the meantime, the correct view can sometimes be seen. This obviously also changes when he is at a different location. We think that our sometimes very poor mobile network is the cause and therefore do not want to change any further settings. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your efforts and advice.
