Template woocommerce not working

Dear Staff,

i am encountering an issue on a staging website: i am going to create a custom template for the single product page but it generate an error. I have been redirected to woocomerce setting page and i can't edit the template with bebuilder.

sure Phil. After clicking on "Edit with BeBuilder" the websites redirects me to that page

You had no product created, and it was the culprit.

I created one, and it works properly now.
