POP UP NOT SHOWING ON WEBSITE
HI THERE, I have a pop up that worked previously, but now does not. I have set the date and time to show this pop up on the website again but it does not...

Did you tap on the button on the home page or did this pop up load automatically after 5 seconds???? there are 2 of the same pop up on the home page

It could be the one from the button click.
If the screenshot you sent in the first message is from the popup that should appear automatically, then it is set wrongly.
The following part:
Indicates that you selected an Display trigger option to "On click":
If you want this popup to appear after a while, it should have the Display trigger set to "On start with delay":

This does not show...
I rechecked that on incognito mode, and it appears. See the following video:
And it appeared automatically the first time I checked it. You have an option to snooze this popup for 60 days so that is why it did not appear second time for me, and I had to open it in incognito mode.

HI there, but this did not work for me at all even in a new browser... not even once... I am aware it is set to show again after 60 days as we don't want to tire the audience visiting the website if they had already signed up.
I will try in incognito also and see if it is resolved now.

Hi there, it works in incognito - but why not any other browser - sighs in technology!!!!!!
I have not opened it in Chrome or Edge before, and after checking that, it appears correct (not only in incognito mode).
Check the video in Edge:
The option to display a pop-up after a certain period is stored in the browser cookies, so if you clear your browser's cookies, it should appear.
