betheme randomly discards my logo settings

  Hi,

  At the top of the theme option, there is information. You have a header template, and options related to the header (including logo) are disabled.

  I do not quite understand what you mean by having to set the logo everywhere. Except for the header, where did you show it, and where did it disappear for you?

  Thank you for answering. The work I have to redo is:

  • under construction page
  • also lost link and tag settings on the logo
  • the existence of this custom header has literally deleted the logo from my server

  Overall not much, but fatiguing nevertheless. Anyways, thank you for answering so promptly, really appreciate that.

  1) In the Under Construction setting there is an option to choose the logo:

  

  2) Can you attach a screenshot showing what you refer to?

  3) Creating any template or doing anything in Betheme does not remove the files from the server. Are you sure that it is associated with the header template assignment? Do you not see your logo in the Media library?
