we are having a problem with the video3 theme, we try to clone an element that contains either an image or a small video with the build bilder editor but if we put view page (after loading) it deletes the changes, how can we solve it?

it's very simple, I open a page with the buildbuilder editor and create a block, I put an image inside it, then I clone the block and put a new image, until I create like 9 blocks, I save and if I open the site from the outside it sees the changes, if I then reopen the change and save and see the preview all the changes have disappeared, it's not a problem of saving conflicts, I use one page at a time and I've been creating sites with betheme since 2019, it's as if it autonomously decides to return to a precise version of the site before the changes and it doesn't let me create additional blocks, I won't send you screenshots because I would have to make a video to show you that it loses the changes, but I think I've been clear
