Website and pages not fully loading on URL

I'm using Betheme Muffin Group Beeco theme. Wordpress 6.8.1. All plugins up to date. I have a problem that the webpage doesn't load and is stuck on the first section, it does not allow scrolling, clicking on elements or exiting the cookies banners. I have tried two different computers, PC and a Mac. What is the issue please


This issue was from day one of buying the package. I thought it was because I hadn’t linked the domain.

I have checked the Javascript there are no errors


It is not a caching issue, I have tried on different devices, recently cleared and an issue from first use.


There is a potential theme compatibility issue, saying there is no update files, however this is a recent issue.


I use Siteground, and everything is up to date.

    I have sent access. Is there a lead time for response? I contacted Betheme/Envanto earlier in the week, and they mentioned 5 days to respond. Then I messaged Muffin Group this morning and haven't had a ticket or reply. Do replies take the whole week until the end of my working week?

    Note that Betheme and Envato are two separate beings. We are not responsible for Envato's time response, as we (Muffin Group) are a different company.

    On the forum, we send answers Monday-Friday 3 times a day at 12PM, 2PM, and 4PM.

    Regarding your issue, I have corrected it. Most likely, it occurred because you did not reset the database during pre-built website import
