Switching to a default theme
Hi,
I'm currently encountering an issue with the Jetpack plugin which is preventing me to access my store from the mobile application as well as other features.
In order to troubleshoot this issue I've been in contact with both Jetpack and my Hosting provider regarding this problem and I've been advised to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out any possible theme conflicts.
Before proceeding, I want to confirm:
If I temporarily switch to a default theme and then later reactivate BeTheme, will all of my store design, customizations, BeBuilder layouts, and theme settings remain intact?
Since I've invested effort building my site using BeTheme and BeBuilder, I want to be sure I won’t lose any of my work by doing this temporary switch.

Yes, your changes will remain intact as these data are stored in the database and changing the theme does not have impact on that.
