Header disapear when working on Posts

Hi there,

Since the last BeTheme update (the one where we were requested to reset the database) the backend on this page https://www.sportex.de/ is really slow.

But more than that – when I work on a post (say I have to change an image or text) and safe the page again, the header image and background disapear and I have to place them again.

This is the way it should be (and was before the update):

This is the way it is now:

Could you please help me here?

Many thanks and

best regards,

Daniel

  • Hi,

FYI, it was a database update to meet the new saving format, not a reset.

Anyway, I can see that you have version 28.0.6, and the most current is 28.1.3, so please update Betheme to the newest version.

After that, go to Betheme -> Tools, and use the CSS update option:

    Best regards
