Related Section
Hi there,
I hope everything's good with you. I would like your help with these points:
1) I noticed that the related products section isn't displaying on my sold out marked product neither on the front end nor the builder's backend . I have attached the following two screenshots for context:
2) Regarding my "Thank You" page, I see a message saying that at least one order is required before I can edit the page template. I haven’t created a Thank You page yet, though is there a way to create a test order just for this purpose?
Thank you so much
Kind regards

Hi,
1) Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
2) Just make a purchase of any of your products with your account.
Thanks
1) The website credentials are still the same, you have direct access anytime.
Please let me know if you want me to provide any login information.
2) I understand, I have to create the Thank you page anyways as usual right?
Thank you
Appreciate it
1) The product that is sold out does not show any related products, because it is in a different category than other products on your website. Related products show products from the same category.
2) If you need a custom layout for the Thank You page, then yes, create it as usual. Anyway, if you do not create any template, then the default pre-defined layout will show.
Best regards
1) Thanks for the clarification. I understand now that related products only show if there are other products in the same category. I’ll try reorganize my product categories accordingly.
But just to confirm if I assign that sold out product to the same category as other similar items, the related product section should automatically populate again, right?
2) All clear, appreciate you!
Thanks!
Kind regards
1) That is right, if you have at least one other product assigned in the same category, then it will appear in the Related Products area.
Best regards
That make sense, thank you so much for those valuable instructions.
Appreciate it!
