I want to set up 2fa for all my websites using betheme, will betheme be adding this to the theme at all? Do you know which compatible and free plugins will work with betheme?

We do not have this feature, and it is not planned for future updates.
Also, I cannot recommend any other plugins than the ones we support:

So you must test by yourself which will work best.
