Blog Module: Filter Buttons Disappear When Using "Multiple Categories"

we’re encountering an issue with the Blog module when trying to display posts from specific categories only.
What we want:
Display only posts from three categories: Tipps, Aktionen, and Neuigkeiten.
Show exactly four filter buttons above the posts: All, Tipps, Aktionen, and Neuigkeiten.
Problem:
As soon as we fill in the “Multiple Categories” field with those three slugs, the filter buttons disappear, even though we selected “Show only categories” in the Filters dropdown. The post list filters correctly, but the category buttons are hidden from the frontend.
If we leave the “Multiple Categories” field empty, the filter buttons return — but then posts from all categories show up, which is not what we want.
Can you advise if this is a bug or suggest a workaround to get only the desired four buttons and posts?

There is information that Filters works only with categories set to All:
There is no workaround for that.
