BeBuilder not working

I have a problem with BeBuilder - it stopped working, and I got an email with an error description. I am pasting it below:

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.

I have checked everything and the parent theme is working corectly, but the BeBuilder on child theme is not working at all. I have also cleared all cache.
If it works with a parent theme but not a child, it means that the child theme is the root cause.
We do not provide help with modifications in the child theme, so you should contact your web developer regarding this.
