Duplicate page or/pulling elements

Wow haven't been here in a while, you've guys have expanded. Nice!
Have basic questions on how if there's anyway to duplicate HOME page for Estate 2 template? 1. What I'm looking to do in create Landing page with just the background photo with call-to-action sitting on top of the image.... NO HEADER and NO FOOTER just that... For some reason there's no duplicate page feature.
2. I also tried the blank template route (No Header/No Footer) and I can't get anything to show... Pre-Built Sections, Import/Export doesn't even work? Once I include a header and footer the pre-built elements then appear.... But Now I can't stretch sections to full width... It stays in a box.... This is something that's very simple turned into a nightmare.
Site is https://surreyco-op.com/... The Introduction page I'd like to make landing page. Again turning off Header/Footer without disturbing any of the other page settings. Ideal... Need Background image (Full Width) with call-out-box on top... Like Home page.
Appreciate any type of direction to go.

Okay.. Great, I found out how to fix the elements info. Another web builder was still installed in the plugins.
However still need assistance on hiding header and footer on landing page. Thanks a bunch!

Found a workaround applying Custom CSS hiding the header and footer.
However, something else needs fixing. On initial load page flickers and both logo and header is quickly seen in background before page loads... https://surreyco-op.com/ How do I fix this glitch?
Wonder could this be caused by conflict? I have all 3 active...
– Appearance - Customerize I have logo and header applied
- Betheme - Theme Options - Logo
- Settings - General - Logo - Site Title
