Trying to blur the background when opening mega menu

Hope you're doing great. I trying to change the setting of the background of a mega menu, I would like to try to apply a color in addition of the blur + change the blur intensity but I can't find the way to edit it again.

under Header Options you will find Content Overlay option.
Great ! Thank you for your help. Can I include area on top of the menu bar (I don't want the logo section + red area to have a grey filter)
