Wordpress - related blog posts feature

Hi,
How do I turn on and turn off the Wordpress related blog posts feature?
The related posts show (are visible) under some posts only - see screenshot. Under other posts the related posts are hidden.
I have no idea where and how I turned it on or off. I assume it's a "per post" thing since it shows with some but not with others.
Can you help me find this setting?

Related posts option is global and can be managed under Theme Options > Blog & Portfolio > Blog > Related posts.
Hi, the setting you refer to is turned off.
We are using the basic/general WordPress sharing setting - see screenshot. The related articles show up for some blog posts but not all.
Is it possible to show them under every post?
