An error occurred while updating Betheme:

Hello, I have installed version 27.2.9.1 on my Wordpress site and would like to upgrade to version 27.2.9.2. update.

However, after trying to update I get the message

" An error occurred while updating Betheme: Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory."

What can this lie on?

same error for me as well.

permissions not changed anything, i have enough room for an update. no server restrictions. update process creates its folders, i also managed to create a debug log but couldnt understand a thing.

after deactivating plugins, only error is now this one;

Hi @fausamsa,

Does it happen for the Betheme update only, or is it present for your plugins as well?

Did you try contacting your hosting provider about this issue? It could the reason when the server blocks loopback queries or the server does not allow cURL to itself.
