Unable to Update Plugin

The plugins screen of Betheme indicates that I need to update Slider Revolution. When I click the Update button, it changes to "Active", but does not update. Nothing happens and there are no messages displayed.

I am running the latest version of Betheme (28.1.3) and version 6.7.33 of Slider Revolution.

Betheme is registered and my support is active until Nov. 12, 2025. Your assistance is appreciated.
