Text at the bottom of page I can't remove

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see "trategies." I need to remove this, but I'm having difficulty doing so.

I click the "edit with BeBuilder" link and scroll down. The text is not in any element, so I can't delete it. I tried clicking on the words, but nothing happened.

I click the "Edit page" link, but the content is not listed on the edit page.

I was unable to find the HTML text in the BeTheme or WordPress editor.

Can you help with this issue?

Nothing to do here - I figured it out. When I created a new section for the portfolios, the word disappeared.
