Problems with single product template and translation

First point: by creating a single product template i want to choose inside a wrap a product image. How can I define which of image of one my both products I want to have? Actually if i choose insert Product Image, he is choosing random a product image. In other words: i want to define my template for a special product.

Since some days my whole website is destroyed after some of your updates. This is really crazy... Please get in touch with me asap.
