Urgent Issue with WooCommerce Templates – "Contact Us" Template Ignored on Frontend
Hi BeTheme Support,
We’re currently experiencing a critical issue affecting our WooCommerce store setup using BeTheme. We have two custom templates set up for products:
- Single Product – Add to Cart
- Single Product – Contact Us
The “Contact Us” template is used for certain products that should not be purchasable and instead show a “Contact Us” button. However, we woke up today to find that all products, including those set to use the “Contact Us” template, are now displaying the “Add to Cart” functionality.
What We’ve Tried to Diagnose the Issue:
- Removed all custom CSS – no change
- Removed all custom code snippets and plugins – no change
- Deactivated WP Rocket – no change
- Checked template assignment in each product – still correctly set to "Contact Us" for affected products
- Confirmed BeTheme templates “Single Product Contact” and “Single Product Add to Cart” are published and categorized correctly
Notes:
- We believe this issue may have occurred very recently, possibly in the last 12–24 hours.
WooCommerce was updated a few days ago, but this issue appears to have started after that.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

Is there any answer about the problem? We facing the same problem on product templates. After updating a template all the produc templates reverts to woocommerce standard template.
