Site Updates Not Showing After Cache Purge
I’m experiencing an issue where the changes I made yesterday on my site are not appearing, even on my personal devices.

Problem Description:
None of the updates made yesterday both design and content are reflected on the live site.
Steps Taken So Far:
- In BeTheme panel: Options → Performance → Cache → Refresh Cache
- Installed and activated an additional recommended caching plugin, then purged its cache
- Tested in multiple browsers and on both desktop and mobile
- Temporarily deactivated all resource‑optimization plugins (minification, CDN, etc.) and cleared cache again.
Despite these efforts, the site still shows the old version. Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or identify what might be preventing the cache from clearing properly?

If you are certain that you have purged the cache in the plugin, it may mean that there is still some cache on the server. Please check if you have it active, and if so, purge it. If you are unsure about this, I suggest contacting your hosting provider.
Moreover, remember to purge the browser cache.
Also note that installing an additional caching plugin will not do the job and can only make things worse. Instead, you should disable or remove existing one.
