Contents disapeared on Website / boxed display in BeBuilder

Hi There,

I am currently working on this website: https://plan-secure.com/ and just tried to exchange some SVGs.

Then I realized, that these two pages: https://plan-secure.com/plan-secure/ and https://plan-secure.com/module/ are being displayed in a total wrong way. And 2/3 of the content is missing. Over night... with the only change made... that I exchanged some SVGs that are being loaded on this pages.

They should look similar to this pages https://plan-secure.com/loesungen/ (not boxed layout, and with all the content).

I´ve already gone back to the backup from tonight... but there is also the error displaying.

Could you please help me – we are supposed to go live tonight... and I am freaking 😱

I will send you credentials for the site and SFTP right away.

me again.

I could already identify two plugins responsible for the "boxed display" of the layout:

Email Encoder

WPML String Translation

Both unfortunately very needed plugins.

But there is no answer for the "loss of the contents".

So I still will need your help.

Hi,

1) Regarding the missing content:

First of all, you had an HTML error (I removed and corrected it on that page):

As you can see, you had an HTML tag opened but did not close it anywhere.

Moreover, I removed all SVGs from that page, and the display is correct. It means that your SVG files are corrupted and are the root cause. I suggest regenerating and reuploading them.

2) About the boxed content:

We did not Email Encoder plugin with our theme, so I cannot help you regarding this.

Also I activated WPML String Translation, and do not see any issue with it, so please be so kind to provide more detail about that.

Hi Phil,

thank you so much for your quick responce.

I went back with the backups to 2025-07-27 00:27:00 where everything was still, for sure, working.

And I have deleted the new SVGs.

But I still don´t get, why my content disapears – even when going back through the "History".

It´s all corrupted.

This can´t be an error of the open HTML tag... and the new SVGs were not there yet and haven been deleted again.

So – they cannot be causing the problem.

Would you please try to go a little deeper in your investigation. This would really help and mean a lot to me.

I checked the footer from your first video, and it loads correctly right away (I did not perform any actions before that).

It was in draft, so I published and reloaded it, but it still looked correct.

I also checked the two pages from your second vide,o and they seem fine as well:

I also created a new page "BeSupport Test Page", exported content from the module test page, and imported to mine, and it works fine as well.

Are there any steps I am missing?

Hi Phil,

As I had to finish the site – I worked all night. Built the plan-secure, Module and Kontakt pages from scratch as well as the Footer.

Threw out all images and replaced and reloaded all images and SVGs – and now it worked... took me 8 hours 😅
