    1) I have checked your newly added demo websites and found one called Beparty 6 which has a nice lazy load functionality while on scroll (elements display in a fade up animation way). Is there any way I can replicate this for my store's home and shop page? If it's possible that would be great.

    2) The first blue highlighted element is a line whose source I can’t identify. It only appears on products added through a third-party plugin and doesn’t show up on manually added products. Also, I’d like your advice on whether I should remove this clickable link (second blue highlighted element) or redirect it to the cart page. Would redirecting it to the cart page make sense?

  • 1) It is not a lazy load, but an animation. Lazy load is a different feature.

    You can add animations in the Advanced tab of elements or wraps:

    2) Edit your template and open the Add to cart button element settings, and in the Style tab change the Line separator color:

    Regarding the link below this button, in my opinion, it is unnecessary, and I would remove it.

    2) I’d like to ask do you ever offer discounts on support renewal, or is it always at the standard Envato pricing?

  • 1) Without replicating the issue, it is impossible for us to indicate what could be triggering that.

    What did you do before it happened?

    2) It is a standard Envato pricing and they do not offer discounts for that.

  • 1) The Shop page appears empty right after I update one or two plugins. No other changes were made. I dont know if this is commun but it's displayed once I've cleared my site cache.

    Can you advise what workarounds exist if it happens again beside deactivating plugins?

    The issue happened right after updating RankMath, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Flexible Shipping plugins.

    Yes, caching is active at the hosting level (I cleared it already when the issue appeared). I don’t currently use any extra caching plugins inside WordPress.

  • When you have any pending updates, please perform a test and disable the cache on your server before updating.

    After that, update your plugin(s) and verify that the templates are assigned correctly.
