duplicate footer and product page description width is not alright
Dear BeTheme Support,
We are experiencing some issues on our WooCommerce site using BeTheme, and would appreciate your assistance in resolving them.
1. Duplicate Footer on Collection Page
On this product page:

You can see that the footer is being rendered triple
. Please refer to the attached screenshot for clarity. This seems to be a theme/template conflict.

2. Product Description Area Too Narrow
Still on the same product page, the product description section appears much narrower than expected, reducing readability and breaking the layout consistency.

3. BeBuilder Does Not Work on Product / Collection Pages
When attempting to edit product or collection (archive) pages using the BeBuilder, the builder does not load. We can only edit normal pages, but not WooCommerce product templates.
- We are using WooCommerce + BeTheme (latest version).
- We have tried assigning templates via Theme Options > WooCommerce, but still unable to visually edit via BeBuilder.
Could you please advise:
- How to prevent the footer from rendering twice on product pages?
- How to correct the description section layout/styling?
- Whether BeBuilder supports product and collection page visual editing, and if so, how to enable it?

You had WP and Site addresses misconfigured. You had HTTP while it should be HTTPS:
After my correction, it seems to work correctly now.
Please check that and confirm.

Just to clarify:
However, the duplicate footer issue is still present — but it appears specifically on the collection (product category) pages, not on individual product pages.
For example:
๐ https://sparklelenses.ae/product-category/daily/
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you’ll see the footer is rendered twice.
Could you please help check why this is happening on the category/collection pages, and how we can remove the duplicated footer?

When I open this product category, it redirects me to the home page.
