How to exclude log in user and WP admin backend from google analytic tracking
in SEO
Dear Be Team,
Please kindly help to exclude my backend activity from google analytic tracking. I'm using the SEO section in the Betheme>Theme Options>SEO and input my google analytic tag in Google Tag ID section.
I do this to avoid using an additional plugin for tracking, but the problem is it keeps sending my backend activity to google analytic. Please see below screenshot:
My website is https://bagustourservice.com for your reference.
Please kindly inform how to exclude my backend activity and log in user stat to Google analytic.
Thank you and looking forward for your response.
Best regards,
Bagus

Hi,
The code you put in theme options is executed only on the frontend, and robots cannot access your backend with that.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Thanks
It solved now. I turned on developer connection test through the cloudflare dns server a few days ago and did not turn it off. I thought it was a necessary connection for the tag to work. I just turn it off now and tested for a few moments. It's no longer sending my backend activity but still tracking the frontend side.
Thank you for your response and have a nice day.
I am happy to see that you found the root cause.
If you have any other questions or problems, feel free to ask.
Best regards
