Baby Shop 2 closed menu doesn't show

Hi, the "CATEGORIES" menu on our site, created with Baaby Shop 2, doesn't display the closing X, so I can't close the menu on mobile. In your demo, the X appears, a blue hover, but not in mine. Can you tell me how to make it appear? Thanks.

Hi,

Please edit the Sidebar menu template, and ensure that you have the Close button set to Visible, and styled:

Hi, thanks for your reply. I honestly don't understand where to look. I can't find the settings you mentioned in either the sidebar settings or the sidebar template settings (BabyShop2 sidebars). Can you be more specific? Thanks.
