When I try to register using my purchase code I get this error message:
The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.
But, I am using my correct Envato user name, for certain, and the purchase code is being cut and pasted so I know that is correct. What may have happened is that I installed the theme, but had a server error, had to delete that install, and now I have a clean install but cannot register without getting an error. When I use the deregister tool it tells me I have not registered yet - but my back end it is telling me that my license code is incorrect.
How do I dix this? Thanks.

This message appears only in our license tool, but it is not for registering, but to managing already registered licenses.
