Issue with Blog page

Hi,

I’m having some trouble getting the blog set up the way I want. I’ve assigned the blog page under Settings > Reading > Posts Page and also in BeTheme > Theme Options > Blog. The posts are created and showing up, but I can’t seem to change the layout—no matter if I pick Grid, Classic, Masonry, etc., nothing changes.

On top of that, the posts are showing up twice, and I can’t figure out why. I’ve watched all the tutorials and spent hours trying to fix it, but I must be missing something.
