  Try the following CSS code:

  .widget .wp-block-social-links .wp-block-social-link svg path{
   stroke: #fff;
  }
  

  Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

  You can use the fill property instead:

  .widget .wp-block-social-links .wp-block-social-link svg path{
     fill: #fff;
  }
