Is it not possible to create a landing page which shows full blog posts?

I have been trying for a while now but I can not find any alternative to show the whole blogpost with images on a landing page. I have changed the number of words to show to a thousand and then I get the whole blogpost but no images.

I simply want a landing page which shows me the last 10 blogpost in full text and images, with no read more button.

How do I do it?

  • Hi,

Did you set the excerpt length in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> General?:

    Best regards

  • Yes. That is what I meant when I wrote that I had put it to 1000 words. When I do so I get the blogpost words, but not the images. So I do not get the whole blogpost. And I do not think it is possible after have been searching the Internet. Since my post here I realised I have payed $70 for something that is useless to me and have found another theme. But thank you for your answer anyway.

  • I am sorry, but I believe that you jumped to a conclusion that it is useless a little too fast, after exchanging only one message.

Moreover, you did not attach a link to your website or any screenshot showing your problem, so I did not have a chance to take a closer look at this.

If you still want me to check that, please send us the WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.

  • No I did not jump to any conclusion after one message. It took some time before I got an answer and I was in kind of a hurry so I did quite a lot of research on the internet and found out that this theme doesn't seem to do what I need it to do. I should of course have done this research before I bought it but I was just so sure that every theme that is a Wordpress theme support the core full out. But I have since found out that many themes do not (I tried a lot of themes during this process).

And I didn't leave a link because when I wrote the question I didn't have one. I was working on a test-site on my computer.

Thank you for your offer but I have now bought another theme and have the website up and running exactly as I want it to be.
