Display Issue Report – Website Rendering Problem for Internal User

Hello,
One of our internal users and a client has reported that the website occasionally does not display correctly on their end. https://cxbpartner.com and https://cxbpartner.com/karriere
I’m sharing below a few screenshots showing how the site appears for the user, as well as a Loom video of how it looks on my side, where I do not experience the issue:

I’ve already done some basic debugging and found no clear cause. The user is running the latest version of Chrome, have a fast and stable internet and running on a Mac last update.
Could you please take a look and let us know what might be causing this?

I’ve installed WP Rocket and believe it could be helpful.
Do you have any specific settings you recommend for optimal compatibility with your theme?
Are there any known plugin conflicts I should be aware of?

Our hosting is with SiteGround. We have some server-side caching activated, but we’re not using their plugin.
Do you have any advice on how to handle this when running WP Rocket?
