Placeholder image not showing for Youtube video

Hi there, I have added in a youtube video on the page below, however, the placeholder image is not showing (the 2nd video on the page, Learn how to buy tickets using a mobile phone)...

    Hi,

    Placeholder image refers only to HTML5 videos because YouTube videos have their own thumbnails.

    Hi there, But on the home page of this same website, I have set up the YouTube video in the exact same way and we are able to change the video thumbnail from betheme editor... https://afm-ags.org/ the first video on the home page....

    THe thumbnail on the actual YouTube video is VERY small and blurry, hence why I changed the thumbnail inside betheme and it is now clear as per below:

    The placeholder on that video is also taken from YouTube, not the placeholder image you uploaded.

    As I mentioned in my previous message, a placeholder image refers only to the HTML5 videos.
