Update failed after buying new support 6 month

Hello

I bought support for a new 6-month period on August 6th and after about 2 weeks when I wanted to update it didn't work.

Checking if the serial number is registered in the betheme system, I saw that it is listed as expired.

What is my solution?

  • Hi,

Could you please explain your issue in more detail?

If you have any error messages, please attach screenshots showing them (unless they are in a different language than English, if so, please tell me what they say).

    Thanks

  • Hi

    You have all up.

Update failed, checked serial expired, invoice in 6 aug for serial number

  • This message could mean that your license key is used on multiple domains.

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain or it is not registered anywhere, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

    Thanks

  • Hi

I have 5 licences buyed and when I have an update I am very careful.

Now I tried and is OK, I did an update.

In licence manager is still show expired.

    On future will see

    Thank you for help

  • Support period refers only to access to this forum, not to the license functionality.

So even if it ends for a particular license, but you bought another one or extended your support period, you still can access our support.

Anyway, the license keeps working despite this period, and you can update the Betheme after it.

    Best regards
