GDPR 2.0 - Consent ID

The GDPR 2.0 option is missing saving Consent ID.

With all new EU regulation when you agree for cookie you should get Consent ID - and this Consent ID should be saved in data base as you can check when ( date / time ) user agreed for cookies

It shouldn't be hard for implementation.

We have verified it and found out that you don’t need to store user choices in your database if:

Consent signals are passed directly to Google (via gtag.js GTM). You can set it in Betheme -> Theme options -> SEO
Users can easily review or update their consent (e.g., via a visible cookie banner or settings icon). <- added in Betheme version 28.1.5
