I can't select a menu on my blog posts?

My menu is supposed to render like this

But it's defaulting to this monstrosity on my blog posts

And I don't see a menu selector dropdown in the theme options tab in bebuilder

I need this menu site-wide for my blog so ideally a site-wide solution but either way: How do I set a menu on blog posts?

Okay I found the solution to this, I still have this greige bar between my menu and header though: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/comment/272148#Comment_272148

Note to self in case I have this issue again: Theme Options 👉 Blog & Portfolio 👉 Blog 👉 Single Post 👉 Menu 👉 Set the dropdown

UPDATE.

Turns out it isn't fixed when I'm not logged into the website. The dropdown setting I mentioned using to "fix it" in my last comment evidently did not fix it. See below for my chrome (non-logged in) view
