Question about a picture source

Hello there,

That web site i have clone from htdesign.ro and there was a lot of image link from the old website tht i have replace. But, I still have some link's with htdesign.ro that i realy don't find on the new website how i can replace it!

For example: On source page, for https://htdesign.us/contact/ I find this link:

But i realy don't know where i must to replace it!

I have allrealy remove from Theme Option - Header, On the header template also, but no succes..:(

This image seems to be a background for the header template.
