WPML blocking edit of templates

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with BeBuilder when WPML is activated.

  • When WPML is turned on, the editor does not load properly in Templates.
  • When I deactivate WPML, BeBuilder works as expected.

Could you please check what may be causing this conflict between BeBuilder and WPML?

  • Do you have any cache on your server?

    Any changes we make to the theme file are not reflected on the website.

    If you have any cache, please disable it.

  • I do not know about any cache on server side. There is some firewall which I just turned off.

  • We need to do a deeper investigation.

    Please also send FTP access as you did with the WP dashboard access.

  • I send you the FTP access - the url of the dev web changed so be aware of that. Credentials are the same.

  • There is some really strong cache. Even changing the theme in the WP panel does not have effect on the live website.

    Are you sure that you do not have any cache active? Maybe you have Cloudflare set for your website?

    If you are unsure, I suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking if you do not have any cache active on the server.

  • Are you looking at triga1.semtix.eu? I made a copy, where you can do whatever you want. The FTP access should be for this domain.

  • You were completely right, sorry for our mistake.

    We have corrected that.

    To correct that on the main domain, copy the following files from the staging one:

    functions/builder/class-mfn-builder-woo-helper.php

    visual-builder/classes/visual-builder-class.php

    After you copy-paste these files, remember not to update the theme, as these changes will be erased, as we did not include this fix in the newest update.

    So there is some unusual problem with my settings? Cannot it be corrected to stay updated?

  • It is a problem that after you install WPML, it might not assign products (posts, pages, etc.) to any language, and the template is trying to load a product that it assigned anywhere.

    We are looking for a solution to that.
