Critical Issues on our Site (itsmcs.com) – Pages Going Blank and Content Not Visible

We are facing two critical issues on our website itsmcs.com.

Initially, the site was designed on a subdomain (mcs.retailmanager.ca) and later moved to itsmcs.com with a new license registration.

Issue 1: Pages Going Blank After Plugin Updates

Whenever plugin updates are available (especially PRO Elements plugin), all pages become completely blank except the home page and wishlist page. Once we update the plugin, the pages start working again.

At the moment as well, I checked the site and found that all pages are blank. But when I log in as admin, all the pages load properly and the content becomes visible again.

Issue 2: Content Visible Only After Login

  • On the home page, there are two sections where the content does not display (they appear completely white).
  • On this page: https://itsmcs.com/services/ the entire page is blank.

The strange part is that this content becomes visible only after logging in (either as admin or even as a customer-level user). For guest visitors, it stays hidden.

We even tried creating new sections with simple section + wrapper structure (with no conditional logic on the content), but the same issue occurs.

Both of these problems are very critical as they make the site unstable and unusable for visitors. Kindly look into this urgently and provide us with a solution.

    All you described here seems to be related to the cache active on your website.

  • Yes, I had the plugin WP-Optimize - Clean, Compress, Cache installed, but I have deactivated it. Still, the same issue persists. Could you please check the website itsmcs.com on your side and open all the pages from the menu bar to see what the issue is? I feel this might be a theme-related issue because I even tried adding new sections, but they are also not showing up. Why is that?

  • Did you purge your cache before deactivating?

    Also, are you sure that you do not have any cache on your server?

    If so, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

  • Hi, I have sent you the WordPress dashboard credentials at the place you mentioned. I cannot provide you hosting FTP access because my site is running on AWS inside a Docker container. Could you please guide me on how I can give you access in this setup?
