Shop page content disappears for non-logged in users - only header/footer visible

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to WordPress and running into a frustrating issue that I can't figure out. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction! I'm using Paintstore template now.

The Problem: I bought a WordPress template and set up my shop page. Everything looks perfect when I'm logged into my admin account, but when I test it in a different browser (or incognito mode), the shop page only shows the header and footer - all the actual content and products are missing.

What I've Done So Far:

• The shop page is set to "Public" visibility
• I can see and edit everything fine from the admin side
• Other pages on my site seem to work normally for non-logged users
• I'm using [mention your theme name if you know it] template

Questions:

1. Is this a common issue with shop pages?
2. Could it be a theme problem or plugin conflict?
3. Are there specific settings I should check?

I'm not very technical, so step-by-step guidance would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance for any help. i have attached both the screenshots of where the store page is visible for a logged in user and the other when i try to open it from other browser.
