I have a page just with html. I try to have the footer after the html content but it doesn't work, it goes after the header.
I selected the footer template settings to be "Sliding (under content)". I can giveyou the website page in private if you need it.

There are many customizations on this page, so you should contact the author of this code to make it work with Betheme's footer.

I am the author of this code, but I do not know how to integrate the footer with your template. I thought the code will be considered content of the page and it will have header and footer like any other page.
As I mentioned, there are many customizations, and they do not seem to work along with the footer.
