I’m having trouble installing my licence

The webdesigner who built my website registered his Betheme license on my website but it is now expired and I cannot update my theme because of that. I have bought a new Betheme license myself but I need help to deregister the old one (when I click on the « Deregister » button nothing happens) and register the new one instead on my website. I have kept the same URL and Domain name.


Can you please help ?
