Unable to Download Local Google Fonts (Loading Spinner Never Ends)

Memory limit is already up to 512 MB.
The console throws the attached error, when clicking the Download Button:
Credentials are already sent via contact form.

We have corrected it on your website.
There was a problem with PHP 8.3 and an undeclared variable.
This fix will also be included in the upcoming update.

I'm no sure now, if what I'm seeing now is a follow up bug, or if it has to do with me updating to latest BeTheme. But I can't use the BeBuilder anymore. I don't see styles and layout is completely messed up.
console is also throwing an error (see attached image)
Should I check a specific page or take any particular steps?
I checked that, and BeBuilder loads correctly for me.

No idea what it was, or what caused it. But anyways, problem solved 🙌
