Global Sections CSS Not Loading for Logged Out Users

Hi Be Theme Team,

We are facing issue on our website. CSS files on frontend are loading for logged in users but these do not load for the logged out users. I have attached the Network tab of inspector for both cases. I will send the FTP and Dashboard information separately via email.

    I received your private message. However, can you specify exactly where I should look?

    Did you try to disable all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists?

    You can also check how it behaves when you disable cache on your website.

    Everything is done as you have mentioned in your message. But Nothing worked, therefore I purchased support and contacted you. Please take a look and help us figure out why logged out users can't see correct layout due to missing css files. Please log in and take a look at any drop down menu. You will see it is displaying correctly; however when you log out, it will show broken.

    I have disabled your plugins and the styles loads correctly.
