Problem hith header menu spacing

I have a major problem with header spacing on mobile which I do not know how to resolve. Not only I couldn't get the same transparenet menu like in demo site Healthy but also I had to recreate the menu but it gives spacing error on all pages on mobile view. Can support resolve this?     Hi,

    Please edit your header template, and in the template settings, set the Body offset to Yes for Mobile header, and Body offset to No for Default header, and remove the background from the sections to have a transparent header.
